Careers in care work
Careers in care work courses at City Lit are ideal if you would like to, or already, work in the adult care sector.We offer Pathways to working in the care sector, a six day introductory course.
Level 2 VRQ certificate in health and social care a 6 month course with a placement attached, working for organisations who provide care and support.
The NVQ 2 in health and social care designed for people who are working or volunteering in health and social care.
We also deliver a short course in Managing challenging behaviour for social care settings.
There is substantial individual support from experienced tutors and assessors for all of these courses.
